RETURNS
All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale.
All swim items are final sale.
LE will happily accept returns for store credit only. At this time, we do not issue refunds on any orders. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. All returns can be initiated HERE.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.) Any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria. Original shipping fees and/or Route Shipping Insurance are not eligible to be refunded upon your return. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit via email to use toward a future purchase.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING
At LE we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.

Domestic 4-7 Days
International 5-10 Days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Local European is not responsible for any lost or return packages that have not been insured.
- We offer ROUTE Insurance at checkout which protects your shipment 100% for lost or stolen items.
- Local European does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
