At Local European, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest service standards.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM China Standard Time (CST) / 11:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of elevated demand, including sales, limited releases, product launches, and promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or edit:
- Shipping addresses
- Product selections
- Sizes or quantities
- Shipping methods
Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship using trusted international carriers including UPS and YunExpress.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Domestic (United States): 4–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, Local European no longer has operational control over the package or transit timeline.
3. Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $200 USD or more.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes and duties.
Local European reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time without notice.
4. Express Shipping
Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on destination eligibility.
Express delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier.
Signature confirmation is not required for delivery unless otherwise determined by the carrier.
5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship internationally to select destinations worldwide.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government unless otherwise stated at checkout.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees collected by Local European.
Failure to pay customs charges or refusal of delivery may result in:
- Return-to-sender fees
- Carrier penalties
- Customs processing charges
- Original shipping charges being deducted from store credit eligibility
6. Route Package Protection
Local European offers optional Route Package Protection at checkout for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Route coverage is automatically added to eligible orders but may be removed by the customer before checkout completion.
Customers who purchase Route protection must submit claims directly through Route.
Following checkout, Route will provide claim instructions via email.
Local European is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are not protected by Route coverage.
7. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Local European is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
In cases involving address errors, failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or carrier returns, any resolution provided is solely at the discretion of Local European.
If approved, compensation may be issued in the form of store credit only, less:
- Original shipping costs
- Return-to-sender fees
- Carrier penalties or handling fees
We strongly recommend verifying all shipping details prior to checkout.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
Local European is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable locations
- Failure to claim packages
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
9. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
Products marked as pre-order are subject to estimated fulfillment timelines that may change due to production, customs, or logistical delays.
Orders containing pre-order items may be split and shipped separately at the sole discretion of Local European.
Additional shipping charges may apply in certain circumstances.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If approved, damaged items may be replaced if inventory is available.
If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued excluding shipping costs.
11. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Local European is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Political instability
- High-volume periods
- Fraud verification procedures
