SHIPPING

LOCAL EUROPEAN ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.  $25 express domestic 2 day shipping.

Customer is responsible for duties/taxes on international orders. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-4 days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on items only in new conditions, the item must have all original tags attached and returned within 7 days of delivery to receive a store credit only. We can provide a return shipping label for a returned item and a $10 label fee will be deducted from your store credit refund. We ask that you please be careful when trying on items being that we can not accept any returns that have stains, makeup stains, or any smell. Please send a Return request at support@localeuropean.com with Return + order # in the subject. Please give us a detailed brief on your return and expect a response within 24-72 hours from our team. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges if the item is defective or for a different size in the same style. We accept exchanges within 7  days (Shipping at buyers’ expense) ONLY if the item is in perfect condition (No makeup stains etc.) If you need to exchange for a different size or due to defect please send a Return or Exchange request at support@localeuropean.com  with Exchange in the subject. Please give us a detailed brief on your exchange and expect a response within 24-72 hours from our team. 

Local European reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.

All sale items are final sale - no returns/exchanges.
