EXCHANGES
All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale.
All swim items are final sale.
LE will happily accept returning items for store credit only. At this time we do not issue refunds on any orders. All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. All exchanges can be initiated HERE. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING
At LE we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.
Shipping Times:
Domestic 4-7 Days
International 5-10 Days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Local European is not responsible for any lost or return packages that have not been insured.
- We offer ROUTE Insurance at checkout which protects your shipment 100% for lost or stolen items.
- Local European does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
