Shipping And Returns

RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit only.

If something doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit to use toward a new purchase.

We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during promotional sales
  • Pre-sale items
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories

How to Return
Returns must be initiated through our returns portal HERE within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements
All items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Free of deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains
  • All original tags attached
  • Hygienic liner intact (if applicable)

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees and Route Shipping Insurance are non-refundable
  • Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued via email. This credit can be used toward any future purchase.

PROCESSING + SHIPPING

At LE we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.

Shipping Times
Domestic 4-5 days
International 5-10 days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Local European is not responsible for any lost or return packages that have not been insured.
  • We offer ROUTE Insurance at checkout which protects your shipment 100% for lost or stolen items.
  • Local European does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
